Hello! My name is Olly, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Grinnell College in 2016 and received my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Prescott College in 2024. I have experience in community mental health care and working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

I believe that therapy should create a safe, accepting, and growth-fostering space for individuals and families. I trust people are experts in their own lives and my goal is to support and guide them as they work toward achieving their goals. I utilize play therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and relational-cultural theory in my practice. I also enjoy incorporating sand tray, art, and somatic techniques in sessions.

In my free time, I like drawing and painting, playing the piano, spending time outside, and connecting with my friends and family.
